Using Pear Launch

Trading

Open any coin, enter an amount, check the estimate, and sign.

Buying and selling

  • Buy: enter how much of the pair asset to spend. The estimate shows how many tokens you'll get after fees.
  • Sell: enter how many tokens to sell. The estimate shows how much of the pair asset you'll get back.
  • For ETH-paired coins on Robinhood Chain you pay and receive plain ETH. For other pair assets your wallet may first ask you to approve the exact amount being traded; the site never asks for unlimited approvals.

Slippage

Prices move between seeing the estimate and your transaction landing. Slippage is the worst change you'll accept: the default is 2%. If the price moves more than that, the trade is cancelled and only the network fee is spent. Raise it for fast-moving coins, lower it for more protection.

Trades also expire: after 10 minutes on Robinhood Chain, and after about a minute on Solana, where every transaction expires on its own. A transaction that gets stuck can't go through much later at a stale price.

The trade that graduates a coin

If your buy is bigger than what's left on the curve, you're only charged for what's left, and the rest stays with you. On Robinhood Chain the same transaction moves the liquidity to Uniswap. On Solana, Raydium moves it into a new pool, usually within a few minutes. The coin shows Moving to Raydium until it's done.

After graduation

Graduated coins trade on the public pool: Uniswap V2 on Robinhood Chain, Raydium on Solana. On Robinhood Chain you can keep trading right here and the site routes through Uniswap. Solana coins link to Raydium, and any Solana aggregator, such as Jupiter, works too. Prices, charts and trade history on the site keep updating either way.

Selling is always possible. The platform can pause new launches and buys on Robinhood Chain in an emergency, but never selling. See safety.
